Summary

This study looked at whether adding short, easy exercises and switching between sitting and standing during the workday can improve health and reduce neck, shoulder, and arm discomfort in women who work at computers. 58 female office workers who were not very active took part for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if these simple changes could make them feel better and move more easily.
