Can a breakfast shake tame your blood sugar?

NCT ID NCT06856460

Summary

This study tested whether replacing breakfast with a special low-glycemic shake helps control blood sugar in overweight adults. 46 participants ate their normal diet for a week, then had either the shake or regular oat cereal for breakfast for two weeks. Researchers measured blood sugar and insulin levels to see if the shake made a difference.
