First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a low dose (82.5 mg) or standard dose (165 mg) of pregabalin works better for pain after laparoscopic abdominal surgery. About 80 adults having elective surgery will take one dose before their operation. Researchers will track how much extra pain medicine they need and their pain levels for 24 hours after surgery.
