Summary

This study tested whether giving a low dose of tranexamic acid, a drug that reduces bleeding, helps surgeons see better during middle ear surgery. 100 adults aged 18-65 with mild or no other health problems took part. The goal was to improve surgeon satisfaction and reduce complications by keeping the surgical field clear of blood.
