Summary
This study is testing whether a lower dose of the clot-busting drug tenecteplase is safer and still effective for treating strokes in people aged 70 and older. Researchers want to see if this approach helps patients recover with less disability while reducing the risk of dangerous bleeding. The trial involves nearly 800 elderly stroke patients across multiple hospitals in China.
