Spine surgery study tests best way to use muscle relaxants for safer monitoring

Summary
This study looks at two ways of using a muscle relaxant drug (rocuronium) during spine surgery. One group gets a low dose throughout surgery, the other stops the drug after the start. The goal is to see which approach gives clearer nerve signals for monitoring the spinal cord. About 62 adults having spine surgery will take part at Bach Mai Hospital in Vietnam.
