Summary
This early-phase study tested whether low doses of interleukin-2 (IL-2) can increase regulatory T cells in the blood of women who have had at least five unexplained early miscarriages. The goal was to see if this immune adjustment could help prevent the body from rejecting a pregnancy. Eighteen women participated, and the study measured changes in immune cell levels over two menstrual cycles.
