Summary
This study is testing whether a low dose of the hormone drug danazol can help people with telomere diseases. These rare conditions cause accelerated cellular aging, leading to problems with bone marrow, lungs, and liver. Researchers will give the drug for one year to 40 participants aged 3 and older to see if it safely slows telomere shortening and improves health.
