NCT ID NCT07199101

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study aims to create a safer CT scanning method for children that uses less radiation. Researchers will use a special simulation tool to design low-dose protocols, then test them in a large trial with 2,650 children. The goal is to see if the lower-dose scans still provide clear enough images for accurate diagnosis, reducing radiation exposure without compromising care.
