First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests a new combination of drugs and procedures for people with liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 38 participants will receive a low-dose immunotherapy drug (atezolizumab) plus a low-dose anti-angiogenic drug (bevacizumab) along with two liver-directed treatments (TACE and HAIC). The goal is to see if this approach shrinks tumors better than current standard treatments, while keeping side effects manageable.
