New study tests simple therapies for chronic back pain relief
NCT ID NCT07362420
First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at two common physical therapy methods—hands-on pressure to painful muscle spots and guided exercises—to see if they reduce pain and improve daily function in adults with nonspecific low back pain. About 105 participants will be randomly assigned to receive one or both treatments twice a week for four weeks. The goal is to help physical therapists choose better noninvasive options for back pain relief.
