New hope for back pain after surgery: injection or dry needling?

Summary
This study tests two treatments for people with long-term low back pain after spinal surgery. One group gets an ultrasound-guided injection near the spine, while the other gets dry needling. Both groups also do functional rehabilitation. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves daily function. The study plans to enroll 120 adults.
