Summary
This study looks at two hands-on treatments for people with chronic low back pain that has lasted at least 6 months. One uses a special tool to massage muscles, the other uses sound waves. The goal is to see which works better at reducing pain, improving flexibility, and helping with daily activities. Sixty adults with moderate to severe pain will take part.
