First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two hands-on therapies—post-isometric relaxation and myofascial release—can reduce pain and improve flexibility in people with low back pain linked to lower cross syndrome. Sixty adults aged 18 to 45 will be split into two groups: one gets the combo therapy, the other gets standard stretching and heat or ultrasound. Researchers will measure pain, hamstring flexibility, and posture before and after treatment.
