NCT ID NCT07496060
First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tested two different steroid eye drops in 66 children with a type of eye inflammation called anterior chamber granuloma. The goal was to see if one drop works just as well as the other but with fewer side effects, like high eye pressure. Children received either loteprednol or prednisolone drops for up to 3 months, and their eyes were checked regularly. The results help doctors choose the best treatment with the least risk.
