Summary
This study tested a drug called losmapimod in people with facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD), a rare disease that causes muscle weakness. The main goal was to see if long-term use of the drug is safe and tolerable. Participants were adults aged 18 to 65 who had already been in a previous study of the same drug.
