Summary
This study aimed to check the long-term safety of a drug called losmapimod for adults with facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD), a condition that weakens muscles. It was an extension of a previous trial, allowing participants to continue taking the drug. The main goal was to monitor for any side effects or health changes over time.
