First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tracks 600 Korean patients with ALK-positive metastatic lung cancer who are taking Lorviqua as part of their normal care. Researchers will monitor side effects and how well the drug controls the cancer in everyday practice. The goal is to confirm the drug's safety and effectiveness outside of controlled clinical trials.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
Lorviqua (lorlatinib)
What this could lead to
If successful, this study will confirm that Lorviqua is safe and effective when used in everyday clinical practice for ALK-positive lung cancer.
What could go wrong
This is an observational study, not a controlled trial, so results may be influenced by patient differences. It only monitors existing use, so it won't prove new benefits.
