New hope for kids with Tough-to-Treat cancer

NCT ID NCT03107988

Summary

This study tested a new oral drug called lorlatinib in children and adults with advanced neuroblastoma that had come back or stopped responding to other treatments. The main goals were to find a safe dose for children and to see how the body processes the drug. Researchers also looked for early signs that the drug could help control the cancer.
