Summary

This study looks at how effective and safe the drug lorlatinib is for people with a specific type of lung cancer (ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer) who have not had treatment before. Researchers will follow 90 patients in French clinics to see how long they live without the cancer getting worse and track any side effects. The goal is to understand how well the drug works in real-world settings, not just in controlled trials.
