Summary

This study tracks 90 adults in France with untreated ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer to see how effective and safe lorlatinib is in everyday medical practice. Researchers will measure how long patients live without the cancer growing and overall survival. The goal is to understand real-world benefits and risks of this targeted therapy.
