Summary
This study tested a new daily pill called lorlatinib in 65 children and young adults with a type of nerve cancer (neuroblastoma) that had come back or not responded to treatment. The drug targets a specific genetic change in the cancer cells. The main goals were to find the safest dose and understand side effects, both when given alone and with chemotherapy.
