Summary

This study looked at how well the drug lorlatinib works for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific gene change (ALK). All 73 participants had already tried at least one other treatment and took lorlatinib pills at home. Researchers tracked how long the cancer was controlled, survival rates, and side effects. The goal was to see if lorlatinib is a safe and effective option when earlier treatments stop working.
