Summary

This study tested a drug called lorlatinib for Chinese patients with an advanced form of lung cancer (ALK-positive NSCLC) that had spread and worsened despite treatment with other targeted drugs. The goal was to see if lorlatinib could shrink tumors and control the disease. The trial enrolled 109 patients who had previously been treated with specific ALK inhibitor drugs.
