Summary

This study will implant a small heart monitor (loop recorder) in 20 young adults aged 18-60 who have a heart condition called mitral annular disjunction and mild or no symptoms. The goal is to detect hidden dangerous heart rhythms that could lead to sudden cardiac death. Participants will be followed for two years to see if this monitoring can help doctors decide who needs a more advanced device like an ICD.
