Summary
This study tests whether a traditional Chinese herbal formula called Longqi Jiangzhi decoction can reduce liver fat in adults with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Eighty participants will take either the herbal drink or a placebo daily for eight weeks. Researchers will measure liver fat using a special ultrasound device and track weight, cholesterol, and blood sugar changes.
