First seen Feb 10, 2026 · Last updated Apr 23, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study aimed to check the long-term safety of voclosporin, a drug for lupus nephritis, in adolescents and children. It planned to follow participants for up to 12 extra months after they finished a previous study. However, the study was stopped early and only enrolled 4 people, so results are very limited.
