Summary

This study follows 200 adults for 5 years after they had surgery for chronic ankle instability. Researchers want to see how well each type of surgery—anatomical reconstruction or arthroscopic repair—helps people stay active in sports. Participants will have a yearly checkup to measure their ankle function and activity level.
