NCT ID NCT05232929
Summary
This study follows 404 adults and children with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) who are already taking the approved drug risdiplam (Evrysdi). Researchers will track patients for about two years to monitor the long-term safety of the medication and see how well it continues to work. The goal is to gather more real-world information on the drug's effects over time.
