New schizophrenia drug tested for Year-Long safety

Summary

This study is testing a new medication called SEP-363856 in 100 adults with stable schizophrenia. Participants will take either 75 mg or 100 mg daily for 52 weeks to see if it is safe and tolerable. The goal is to manage symptoms, not to cure the condition.
