Summary
This study looks at the long-term safety of an inhaled medication for people with progressive lung scarring (pulmonary fibrosis). Participants must have completed a prior Avalyn Pharma study of the same drug. Researchers will monitor side effects and lung function over time to see if the treatment remains safe and may help control the disease.
