First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study follows up to 500 children and young adults who have already received gene therapy for cancer as part of an earlier trial. The goal is to monitor for any delayed side effects over the next 15 years. Participants will have regular blood tests and health check-ups, but no new treatment is given. This is an observational safety study, not a treatment trial.
