Hemophilia drug esperoct under Long-Term safety watch

Summary
This study follows about 60 males with hemophilia A who are already using Esperoct to prevent bleeding. Researchers will track side effects and how well the drug controls bleeds over 5-7 years. Participants receive their usual care, with no new treatments or extra procedures beyond routine visits.
