NCT ID NCT06540144
Summary
This study aims to check the long-term safety and side effects of repeated treatment cycles with the drug rozanolixizumab in children aged 2 and older who have generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG). It is an extension study for children who completed a previous trial, allowing them to continue receiving the treatment. The main goal is to monitor for serious side effects over time while also tracking changes in disease symptoms and a key blood protein.
