Heart drug safety under microscope in long-term study

Summary
This study is checking the long-term safety of the experimental drug HRS-1893 in people with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a condition where the heart muscle thickens. It will follow 300 patients who have already taken this medication in previous studies. Researchers will monitor for side effects and changes in heart function over time.
