First seen Feb 10, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study aimed to check the long-term safety of voclosporin in adolescents and children with lupus nephritis, a kidney disease caused by lupus. Participants had already completed 24 weeks of treatment in an earlier study and were followed for up to 12 more months. However, the study was terminated early and only enrolled 4 people, so results are very limited.
