Testing dialysis tubes for safety in kids and adults
NCT ID NCT07156123
Summary
This study aims to check the long-term safety and performance of specific tubes (catheters) used for peritoneal dialysis, a home-based treatment for kidney failure. It will follow 300 adults and children already using these tubes to see how well they work and track any problems like infections or blockages. The goal is to gather real-world information to help make this life-sustaining treatment safer and more reliable for patients.
