Summary

This study follows 206 adults with endogenous Cushing's syndrome who are taking osilodrostat as part of their regular care. Researchers will monitor side effects and how well the drug controls cortisol levels over time. The goal is to better understand the drug's long-term safety and effectiveness outside of a controlled trial.
