Summary
This study is testing the long-term safety and effectiveness of a drug called ORKA-001 for people with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. It is an open-label extension, meaning everyone gets the drug, and it includes 240 adults who already completed a previous trial with ORKA-001. Researchers will track side effects and how well the drug controls psoriasis over time.
