Summary
This study monitored the long-term safety of maralixibat, a medication for rare cholestatic liver diseases like Alagille Syndrome. It included 52 patients who had already taken the drug in previous clinical trials and continued treatment. Researchers tracked side effects and looked at long-term effects on itching and bile acid levels.
