New schizophrenia drug LB-102 moves to large safety trial

Summary
This study is testing the long-term safety of a new medication called LB-102 for adults with stable schizophrenia. About 900 participants will take the drug for 52 weeks to see what side effects occur. The goal is to make sure the drug is safe enough for ongoing use to control schizophrenia symptoms.
