Summary

This study looks at the long-term safety of a drug called GTX-102 in 255 people with Angelman syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that affects the nervous system. Participants must have already completed a previous GTX-102 trial. The main goal is to track side effects over time, with secondary goals measuring changes in development using the Bayley-4 test.
