Summary
This study looks at the long-term safety and effectiveness of a drug called glepaglutide in adults with short bowel syndrome (SBS). Participants who were already in earlier trials can continue treatment for up to 2 years. The goal is to see if the drug remains safe and helps reduce the need for intravenous nutrition support.
