Summary

This study is checking the long-term safety and effectiveness of the drug ESK-001 (envudeucitinib) for people with plaque psoriasis. It includes 165 adults who have already completed a previous ESK-001 study. Participants will take the drug as an oral tablet and be monitored for side effects and changes in their psoriasis symptoms and quality of life.
