Summary

This study looks at the long-term safety and effectiveness of APG777 in adults with moderate-to-severe eczema who have already completed treatment with the drug in an earlier study. About 350 participants will receive extended treatment and be monitored for side effects and skin improvement. The goal is to see if APG777 remains safe and helpful over a longer period.
