Summary

This study tracks 300 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose tumors have very low PD-L1 levels (below 1%). Researchers will review medical records to see how safe common first treatments are and how often side effects require extra care. The goal is to better understand real-world outcomes for this group.
