Summary

This study is for people with pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) who were already taking an experimental drug in a previous clinical trial. It lets them keep receiving the drug after the earlier study ends, while doctors monitor long-term safety. About 280 participants will be followed to track side effects and overall health. The goal is not to cure the disease but to manage it and gather safety data over time.
