Extended trial tests nasal spray for debilitating hunger disorder

Summary
This study continues testing a nasal spray called carbetocin for people with Prader-Willi syndrome who struggle with extreme, constant hunger. It's for 160 participants who finished a previous 12-week trial to check long-term safety and side effects. The spray is given three times daily to help control this challenging symptom.
