Tracking a blood disorder Treatment's Long-Term effects

Summary
This study follows 36 Italian patients with Polycythemia Vera, a chronic blood cancer, who previously responded well to the drug Ropeginterferon alfa-2b. Researchers will track these patients for several years to see if the treatment continues to control their disease safely and effectively. The goal is to understand the long-term benefits and risks of this medication.
