Summary

This study aims to assess the long-term safety and effectiveness of nemolizumab, an injectable medication, for people with prurigo nodularis—a chronic skin disease causing intense itch and hard bumps. It will follow about 500 participants who previously took the drug in earlier studies, tracking them for up to 3.5 years. The main goal is to monitor side effects over time, while also measuring improvements in itch, skin lesions, sleep, and quality of life.
